Historically, a general store was
a place where locals could shop, dine and socialize.
Jim & Jill Brandt have created a modern day general
store where one can get mesmerized by one-of-akind
antiques, local artisans, and environmentally
friendly products, Napa food and pantry products
as well as discover new wines, dine and socialize. A
unique 8,000 square foot retail shop, accompanied
with a wine bar and a Zagat Rated Café located in
the Hatt/Napa Mill Building which was once thriving
during Main Street’s industrial and commercial center
of the late 1890’s and early 1900’s. Enjoy your meal
in our riverside (and pooch friendly) outdoor café. The
Noodle Bowl and Chinese chicken salad are house
favorites, and you may want to try the chefs specialty
breakfast of cornmeal pancakes with fresh honey butter
