Long Meadow Ranch’s Chris Hall, chef Stephen Barber and team are pleased to announce the line-up for the 2017 Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch Guest Chef Series.

 
From April through September, chef Barber will welcome celebrated chefs from across the country to gather around the Farmstead fire pits and roast, smoke, and sear a family-style feast served right from the flames, paired with Long Meadow Ranch wines. To kick off the 2017 series, Farmstead will welcome Zakary Pelaccio, author of Eat with Your Hands and James Beard Foundation Award winning chef, on Saturday, April 29th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  As chef/owner of NYC’s Fatty Crab and Fatty ‘Cue, chef Pelaccio influenced culinary trends by helping popularize nose-to-tail cooking and integrating Southeast Asian ingredients in his menus.
 
 
In 2013, Pelaccio and his wife swapped urban NYC living for a barn in the woods of Old Chatham, in Hudson, New York, to open Fish & Game, which has earned multiple James Beard Foundation Award nominations. Aligning with the wine-focused menu of Long Meadow Ranch, Fish & Game also has a strong focus on natural wine and has been awarded Wine Enthusiast’s top 100 wine lists in America two years in a row. Chris Hall and the Long Meadow Ranch team are thrilled to host chef Pelaccio for this exceptional Napa Valley experience.
