Lucy Restaurant & Bar has Unveiled Field-to-Fork Dishes in Season this Summer
Lucy Restaurant & Bar, located in Bardessono, has revealed a menu with more regionally sourced dishes in a summer-exclusive menu. Lucy is a premier Napa Valley dining experience located in Yountville. Looking to the land, air and sea for inspiration, Lucy’s Executive Chef Nate Lindsay utilizes ingredients from the onsite certified organic garden to create the summer menu options.
For starters, guests discover Octopus Carpaccio: green garlic cream, parsley root fingerling and potato-chorizo hash. Main items include the Grapeseed Poached Halibut with a surprising composition of fried crimson lentils, spring onion and topped with artichoke-olive relish. A sweeter take on ribs, Peach Glazed Pork Ribs are complete with marinated Napa cabbage, butter, braised leeks and garlic-chive potato croquette.
Additional summer items include, Day Boat Scallops, Cornmeal Dusted Softshell Crab, Chilled Cucumber Soup and Liberty Farms Duck Confit Carbonara.
“A personal favorite of mine is the Garden Crudité made with green garbanzo hummus, pole beans, melting peas, cucumber and a tomato vinaigrette. 85% of this dish comes from our onsite CCOF garden, which I love to spend time harvesting for this dish,” says Executive Chef Nate Lindsay.
