Napa Valley Film Festival 2017 Day Two Recap

The 2017 Napa Valley Film Festival just wrapped up day two.  See who graced the red carpet and the star-studded Celebrity Tribute. 

It was a packed day in the Napa Valley filled with films, Q & A’s and movie enthusiasts from Napa to Yountville to St. Helena.  Thursday night the Napa Valley Performing Arts at the Lincoln Theater hosted the Napa Valley Film Festival’s Celebrity Tribute.  Access Hollywood’s Natalie Morales hosted the annual salute to Legendary Filmmaker (Career Achievement) Nancy Meyers, Trailblazer Michael Shannon and Spotlight honoree Michael Stuhlbarg, as well as new Humanitarian Tribute presented to Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder.  Also, walking the Red Carpet were rising stars Ana De Armas and Greg Sulkin as well as Austin Stowell.  Director of Man in the Red Bandana, Matthew Weiss also was on hand.  Peter Mondavi and his wife, Katie were in attendance and movie Moguls Mae Woo and her grandson, Chris Woo and Yountville Mayor John and Robin Dunbar.

At the Uptown Theater Napa during the same time, Actor Elijah Wood and director Alexandre Philipee did a Q&A following their documentary 78/52 on an unprecedented look at the iconic shower scene in Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho.
