First Street Napa Welcomes Napastäk Napa Valley as New Tenant in Spring 2018

First Street Napa – a 325,000-square-foot mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Napa that will encompass 45 retail shops and restaurants, new creative office space, and the 183-room Archer Hotel Napa – is pleased to announce the Spring 2018 opening of Napastäk Napa Valley’s second retail store located at 1240 First Street, adjacent to Archer Hotel Napa.  The approximately 800-square-foot boutique will feature an extensive collection of high-end cooking products from around the world, including top-quality knives, cooking accessories, signature coffee and tea, spices, cheeses, charcuterie, ready-to-go salads and sandwiches, pastries, chocolates, candies, oils, vinegars, jams, specialty gifts and Napastäk wines and brandy.

“We are pleased to support the expansion of local businesses in Napa and welcome Napastäk to this bustling Downtown area, with a prime storefront location directly underneath the newly-opened Archer Hotel Napa,” said Todd Zapolski, principal of Zapolski Real Estate, LLC.  “Both locals and visitors will enjoy this artisanal gem for its high-quality cooking and epicurean products.”

Napastäk’s first store, located within Oxbow Public Market at 610 First Street, was founded by Co-Owners Lusine and Arthur Hartunian.  The two stores will offer different overall experiences with the First Street Napa location featuring a broader range of products in a larger space.  In addition, guests will be able to sample and indulge in a variety of Napastäk’s locally-made delectable and participate in special events, such as cooking demonstrations with local chefs.  Napastäk will offer membership into its exclusive Blue Box Epicurean Club with offerings of delicious Napastäk goodies to sip and savor throughout the year.  Lusine and Arthur’s passion for food, cooking, and sharing quality products with others inspired their vision for Napastäk, originally founded in Napa in 2014.

“The success of our first store was the driving factor for our expansion to First Street Napa.  We believe the First Street Napa district is in a prime location with thousands of locals and visitors passing through each day,” said Arthur Hartunian.  “We’re excited to contribute to Downtown Napa’s next chapter and share our delicious locally-made foods, gifts, and other unique treasures from around the world.”

First Street Napa, owned and managed by Zapolski Real Estate, LLC and Trademark Property Company, welcomed its first series of shops and restaurants in Fall 2017 with continued openings phased throughout 2018.  Tenants currently open are Archer Hotel Napa, Charlie Palmer Steak Napa, Overland Sheepskin Co., Compline wine bar + restaurant + merchant, Napa Valley Jewelers, Eiko’s Sushi, and Brown Estate.  The project recently announced additional retail, culinary, hospitality, and creative office space tenants to open in 2018 that include State & First by Maris Collective, Lush, John Anthony Family of Wines, Silicon Valley Bank, and Pacific Union International.
