Miminashi has partnered with Contimo Provisions is now offering breakfast fare at their streetside service window as of Monday, October 10, 2016. Well known for their creative sandwiches, home-delivered and cook-at-home meals, Contimo Provisions will be providing their signature breakfast biscuits and coffee Monday through Thursday from 7:45-10:30am.
Included in the pop-up menu are buttermilk biscuits in flavors of bacon & molasses, coffee & maple breakfast sausage, and ham & jam, plus batch brewed coffee featuring a different roaster each week, beginning with Equator Coffee from San Rafael.
Biscuits are all $7.50, coffee is $3.00, or purchase both for $10.
Contimo Provisions uses only organic produce, primarily local, and all meats are heritage breeds, certified humanely slaughtered and pastured raised. Contimo Provisions is also found at pop-ups at The Napa Famer’s Market, the St. Helena Farmer’s Market and Napa Valley Traditions.

Miminashi is open for lunch Monday through Friday, from 11:30am to 2:30pm, and open daily for dinner, Monday – Thursday from 5:30 to 11pm, Friday and Saturday from 5:30pm to midnight, and Sunday from 5:30 to 10pm. The Miminashi take-out window on Coombs Street is open from noon to closing Monday through Friday, and from 4:00pm to closing on Saturday and Sunday.
