Napa Valley Life celebrates the 10 year Anniversary of Castilla De Amorosa, a 13th century Tuscan-inspired castle and winery located in Napa Valley.
Dario Sattui’s 14-year odyssey to build a 120,000 square foot medieval castle saw its completion 10-years ago just south of Calistoga. This week he celebrated with 70 invited guests including Napa Valley Life Magazine to witness the demonstration of some of the laborers and techniques that went into building this spectacular architecture accomplishment.
Guests then proceeded down to cave where a 10 flight vertical tasting was set up moderated by the Wine Bible Author, Karen MacNeil. The celebration concluded with a three course meal by Italian Michelin Star Chef Stefano Masanti.
