Get in the Fast Lane with Apple Pay

You can use Apple Pay at most food & beverage concessionaires at the festival.
Special Fast Lanes are located at select festival bars and at the BottleRock Shops throughout the venue. You can skip the lines and pay for drinks using Apple Pay – look for Fast Lane signs.

It is easy and secure and you can use Apple Pay just about everywhere at the festival – pay for food and drinks, merchandise and order on-demand rides with Uber.

At the festival, the app is the best tool to help you explore everything the festival has to offer! See maps, find your favorite restaurants and wineries, get the latest info and plan out your day all from your phone.


The JaMPad is THE place to be in General Admission! Alice Radio’s Jayn will host up-close and personal JaMSessions with artists all three days. Come and lounge in the shade overlooking the JaM Cellars Stage or rock out to bands and DJ-hosted dance parties between sets. All while sipping on easy-to-love Butter, JaM and Toast.

TSA Pre✓®

IdentoGO is making it easy for BottleRockers to enroll for TSA Pre✓®, the expedited airport security program. As an added perk, once enrolled, you can use the BottleRock VIP entrance for speedy festival entry.
Stop by the TSA Pre✓® mobile RV unit parked on the corner of 3rd & Bailey Street from 10:30am – 6:30pm each day of the festival or stop by the tent inside the main entrance from 11:30am – 7:30pm. Learn more.


Keep your personal belongings secure and your phone charged by reserving a personal locker with all-day access to your locker and cell charging stations. Entertainment Lockers, adjacent to the 3rd Street entrance and in the VIP Village, also offers mobile charging pack rentals. Ask at the Info Booth for directions.
Reserve your locker in advance so you don’t have to worry.

CamelBak Water Stations

CamelBak will be hosting water refill stations at the festival where you can get triple-filtered, UV treated water for free – just bring an empty bottle with you.

Empty water bottles and CamelBak-style water containers are allowed into the festival. Custom BottleRock Water bottles will also be available for purchase at the water refill stations and concession stands.

General Stores

Forget something? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! There will be 3 general stores located around the festival grounds for any items you may have forgotten.

At the stores, you can find convenience items like chewing gum, lip balm, over-the-counter medication and wet wipes plus festival supplies like earplugs and bandanas.

Coors Light Sustainability Station

Do your part to keep the festival looking beautiful! Collect a bag of recyclables and get a “Coors Light EveryOneCan” voucher worth $5 merch credit to be used at any of the BottleRock Shops at the festival.

Prohibited Items

Make sure to take a look at our prohibited items list before heading to the festival. Here are a few items to note:

  • You CANNOT bring chairs, professional cameras, selfie sticks or aerosols of any kind including aerosol sunscreen.
  • You CAN bring empty water bottles, empty CamelBaks, blankets, point-and-shoot cameras, GoPros and sunscreen (non-aerosol).
  • Drones CANNOT be used on, from or above BottleRock premises.

Will Call & Box Office

The Festival Box Office & Will Call are located at 3rd Street and Bailey Street. To pick up passes at Will Call, you must show a valid, government-issued photo ID.

Thursday, May 25: 11am – 7pm
Friday, May 26: 9am – 9pm
Saturday, May 27: 9am – 9pm
Sunday, May 28: 9am – 9pm

Lost, stolen, damaged and tampered with wristbands will only be replaced at the discretion of festival staff. The wristband replacement fee is $20.

BottleRock is a fully accessible event and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure that you have access to all the festival amenities you may need. Get all the information about ADA & Accessibility here.
Visit our Access Center, located just inside the main entrance off of Third Street for any questions, to recharge wheelchair batteries and/or the other assistive technology requiring electrical recharging and to store equipment.

Family Zone & Little Rockers

The BottleRock Family Zone is open all weekend from 11:30am-6:00pm. Activities include face painting, games, button making and more! Look out for KIND bar representatives who will be giving out free bars just outside the Family Zone.

All kids 6 and under must be registered for a Little Rocker wristband. Stop by Little Rocker registration outside the main entrance on 3rd Street before you enter the festival.


The music doesn’t have to stop when the festival ends. Catch some of your favorite artists at our Aftershows in downtown Napa, a short walk from the festival grounds.
Tickets are available for Bob Moses, House of Pain, St. Lucia, Dirty Heads, JJ Grey & Mofro, Jessica Hernandez & The Deltas and more.

Register your wristband

Your wristband is your ticket to the festival. Register your wristband.
When you receive your wristband, do not try it on. The clasp slides one way and there is no way to remove it or loosen it without damaging the wristband. Lost, stolen, damaged and tampered with wristbands will only be replaced at the discretion of festival staff. The wristband replacement fee is $20.

Transportation & Parking
